About this wine

55% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented with wild yeasts in open-top stainless steel fermenters. Matured in seasoned French oak barrels for 20 months. Lovely red and black fruit (plum, rhubarb and blackcurrant) notes on the nose, complimented by a touch of cedar, leather and a hint of earthiness on the palate.
